Contact Information Form Privacy Policy

Data Controller

If you submit the contact information form using the Python script, email, and OpenPGP encryption, the sole data controller will be me, Rebel Zhang, the holder of the OpenPGP public key with fingerprint 696A423E9993D727706AA733BCD5DC5659C7FB50.

If you send the email unencrypted, then my email service provider Autistici/Inventati and your email service provider may be able to access the data. Please refer to your email service provider's privacy policy, as well as Autistici/Inventati's privacy policy.

If you submit the form via Formbricks, then Formbricks may have access to the data. Please refer to Formbricks' privacy policy.

Data Collected and Purpose

By submitting the contact information form, I, Rebel Zhang, collect the following personal data and use it for the following purposes:

1. Name/Nickname (mandatory): To identify you for contact management.
2. OpenPGP Public Key (optional): To verify your identity and encrypt future communications.
3. Email (mandatory): To contact you in the future.
4. Preferred Contact Method and Contact Information (mandatory): To contact you in the future.
5. OpenPGP Security and Device Security Situation (mandatory): To evaluate the security of our communication.
6. Preferred Language, Pronoun, Timezone (mandatory), Self-Introduction (optional), and Preference on Hiding Social Activities (mandatory, conditionally): To determine the best way to communicate.
7. Form Blob Creation Date (automatically stored): For future reference and analysis.

Retention

Your name/nickname, OpenPGP public key, email, preferred language, pronoun, and timezone will be stored on my personal devices in the contact book.

The blob itself may be stored unencrypted on my personal devices and encrypted on my email service provider Autistici/Inventati's server.

All data mentioned in these two paragraphs will remain on my devices indefinitely until you request its deletion.

If you submit the form via Formbricks, I will delete it from Formbricks' server within 336 hours (14 days) of submission.

Disclosure

If you send the email unencrypted, then my email service provider Autistici/Inventati and your email service provider may be able to read the data. Please refer to your email service provider's privacy policy, as well as Autistici/Inventati's privacy policy.

If you submit the form via Formbricks, Formbricks may have access to the data. Please refer to Formbricks' privacy policy.

Except in the cases mentioned above, all data collected will never be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

Deletion Request

If you would like me to delete the data I have collected, please contact me via email at rebel1725@autistici.org, and I will delete the data within 168 hours (7 days) of receiving and reading your email.
