Registrations are now disabled

Due to serious misbehavior from certain users (who has been deleted) registrations are now disabled. We have no estimate on when registrations will be enabled again. The result from this behavior is that when registrations are enabled again screening will be wider and user activity will be monitored closer.

figured it was time to update the website slightly. added a menu, changed some colours and cleaned it up. behind the scene there's also a few new features to keep the site more up to date.
